We normally send out each parcel within 24 - 48 hours (Monday - Saturday) after the confirmation of your payment. * If your payment is confirmed before 3pm, it will be posted on the same day. * If your parcel is confirmed after 3pm or 10am on Saturdays (or during the holiday), it will be posted in the earliest working day. If your payment is unseccessful, we will notify you by email.

In order to ensure safe delivery, all items are packed very securely by using cardboads on either side of records and enclosed in a padded envelopes. The return address is written on the back of the parcels in case they get lost during the process of the post. For larger orders, we also use cardboard boxes and pack them carefully. Everytime you purchase items on our shopping cart, you will receive an e-mail from us with its posting date, type of delivery service, expected date to arrive and reference/tracking number (if applicable). You can also check the progress of your item in your account on our website.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by weight and world zones, and priced according to Royal Mail Parcel Services. The world zones are devided as follows: UK, Europe, and the Rest of the World.

We charge 1.50 GBP flat fee for standard packing and handling of the goods and this is automatically included within your postage prices.
