All customers are entitled to a full refund if any product is faulty in any way, you must report it within 3 working days of receiving it.
Once reported to us, we must receive the goods back within 14 working days of you receiving it in the condition you received it in.
We do quality checks on all our goods before sending them out and can insure that all our goods are sent out with high standards meeting the requirements of our Grades and Conditions.
